These terms and conditions apply to all registrations between the buyer and Football Careers Centre Ltd.
This transaction will be deemed a contract of sale and governed by English law.

Non UK Registrations
Currently we do not except registrations from outside of the UK mainland on this site, but we are happy to talk to you about any international requirements you may have please contact us

​Payments
All bookings require payment in advanced in full by credit or debit card before Trials take place. The payment will be handled by a secure on line payment facility for total security and to avoid fraudulent purchases.

Our Yearly Player Plans are charged automatically each year (until cancelled). You can cancel your membership anytime, you can get support cancelling by emailing info@ukfootballscouting.co.uk.

​Currency
All registrations will be in Pounds Sterling.

Prices

Although we make every effort to maintain prices, they may be subject to alteration without prior notice.

Trade Description Act
Every care is taken to describe the Trial days accurately, customers should satisfy themselves that the Trial days on offer meet their requirements. Football Careers Centre Ltd reserves the right to amend specifications on Trial days without prior notice. We also reserve the right to withdraw any Trial day from sale without prior notice.

Delivery Policy

All Players will receive a full itinerary of their Trial day, by email, at least 24 hours before-hand. All players that complete payment for a monthly membership will have their profile upgraded to an all in one licence within 24 hours of payment.

Booking and Cancellation

Once your payment has been accepted, your confirmation email will be sent confirming your place at your selected trial. To cancel your booking or to change your chosen trial day, you must contact us via email at least 7 days before the trial day to be eligible to transfer your place to an alternative trial event.

Trial Day Fees are non-refundable. If you give us 7 days notice we will enter you for the following trial in your region.

Football Trials

Football Careers Centre Ltd reserve the right to change the date and location of any trial day. Any changes to the trial days will be notified to all attendees and your reserved place will be completely transferable.
If Football Careers Centre Ltd have to cancel any trial days due to reasons beyond our control, Football Careers Centre Ltd is not responsible for any costs involved in any travel arrangements or accommodation.

Child Protection
All coaches/staff who attend our trial days will have all the relevant qualifications including Child Protection Certificates and CRB checks.

Insurance
Football Careers Centre Ltd do not provide any personal injury insurance cover to any players that attend the trial days. Players should contact their relevant County FA for information on where they can acquire personal insurance. Football Careers Centre Ltd will not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or theft of possessions at the trial day.
